Yee Eun Nam
founder. designer
Yee Eun Nam is a visual artist and theater designer specializing in live performances and digital media. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, she studied painting, sculpture, videography and metal craft.
Her recent projects include X: The Life and Times of Malcolm X at the Metropolitan Opera, Yellow Face on Broadway at Roundabout Theatre Company, Hamlet, A Transparent Musical, Twilight 1992 at Mark Taper Forum (CTG), Once Upon a (Korean) Time at Ma-Yi Theater Company, and Long Day’s Journey into Night at Audible Theater.
She has contributed to numerous opera and music projects, including work with the Metropolitan Opera, Detroit Opera, Opera Omaha, LA Opera, Boston Lyric Opera, Opera Saint Louis, the Kennedy Center, San Francisco Symphony, REDCAT, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, New World Center, and The Soraya. Her theater credits span Roundabout Theatre Company (Broadway), Audible Theater, Ma-Yi Theater Company, The Classical Theatre of Harlem, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Goodman Theatre, Mark Taper Forum (CTG), A.C.T., South Coast Rep, Pasadena Playhouse, Geffen Playhouse, The Movement Theatre Company, Kansas City Rep, Deaf West Theatre, Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, Getty Villa, Latino Theater Company, and many more. She has also designed visuals for events such as the CTG Gala, SFS Lunar New Year, and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra.
Yee Eun Nam is an assistant professor specializing in scenic and projection design at the University of California, Irvine. She is a member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829, and holds an MFA in Theater Design from UCLA and a BFA in Design and Metal Craft from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea.

Hee Kyung Kim
visiting designer
Heekyung Kim is a projection designer working across 2D and 3D media for live performance. Originally from South Korea and now based in New York, she creates projection and animation work that integrates narrative, spatial design, and digital technology.
Her recent credits include Maybe Happy Ending and Real Women Have Curves on Broadway, The Thing About Jellyfish at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, The Queen of Versailles at Emerson Colonial Theatre, Redwood on Broadway, Ragtime at New York City Center, Highway Patrol at Goodman Theatre, and international productions of Beetlejuice. Upcoming work includes GUT at HERE Arts Center. She continues to develop new projects across major venues, spanning musicals, operas, dance, and multimedia performance.
Kim is a member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829. She holds an MFA in Live Design and Production, with an emphasis in Integrated Media for Live Performance, from the University of Texas at Austin.
